Biography

As a real estate agent since 1996, Kenneth joined RE/MAX full time in 1997 after a brief yet rewarding start with another Pensacola Real Estate office. Upon the onset of his career selling Real Estate in 1996, Kenneth became one of the Top Sales agents with the company he started with. After hearing about RE/MAX, Kenneth quickly decided to move across town to work in the considerably more productive RE/MAX atmosphere, raising the bar for increased potential as a Real Estate Agent. By accepting the total commitment that RE/MAX agents must make, Kenneth exemplifies the initiative to give RE/MAX clients the very best service in the industry.

As result of the RE/MAX business philosophy, the numbers speak for themselves. According to the National Association of Realtors, the average Real Estate agent closes 6 to 7 transactions a year. The average agent in the Pensacola RE/MAX Horizons Realty office closes more than 31 transactions a year, which lives up to the reputation that “Nobody Sells More Real Estate Than RE/MAX”. There are approximately 1,500 Realtors in the Pensacola Association of Realtors. Of this total, 60 agents are considered elite based on their sales volume. Half of the 60 elite work within our office at RE/MAX Horizons Realty. Kenneth is among the top at RE/MAX Horizons Realty. Kenneth consistently closes more than double the Pensacola RE/MAX Horizons Realty office sales volume average. These are outstanding results given the fractional number of 60 elite Realtors out of a growing population of 1500 plus local agents.

Community

Native to Pensacola, Kenneth ensures Pensacola’s preservation by giving back to the children and to the community. Other than being an active member of Pensacola Christian Campus Church, attending with his wife and son, Kenneth is a World Vision Child sponsor. Kenneth believes in the simple philosophy that holds true in every walk of life, “if we always give more than we take we will never run out of resources.” World Vision and the Children’s Miracle Network are an easy way to make a dramatic difference in the lives of those less fortunate. Both Kenneth and RE/MAX accomplish the feat of giving back to the children of the world by donating of a portion of every closing commission to the Children’s Miracle Network.

Being affectively part of the community is very important to Kenneth and RE/MAX. This produces not only a healthy environment for Pensacola, but also complements a detailed market knowledge that both Kenneth and RE/MAX represent for all Northwest Florida panhandle. By staying earnest in the community, Kenneth is better able to perform well for his clients.

Kenneth’s Real Estate methods include regularly attending training courses that are above and beyond the minimum state requirements for continuing Florida Real Estate classes. He is currently a candidate for the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation. Kenneth believes, “it’s important to be knowledgeable yet more important to care”. His office gears toward using only the proven technologically beneficial tools.

Philosophy: Real Estate

Performing for his clients is Kenneth’s concern. One of his philosophies toward Real Estate and his clients is that a major part of being successful is simply “being there”. Having systems in place to ensure the service wheel is continually turning keeps Kenneth’s clients satisfied. Another of the crucial components Kenneth believes in is to ensure proper and constant communication. And Kenneth makes continuous effort to keep his clients informed as to what to expect from the buying or selling process.

To this day, Kenneth has had over 700 successful transactions, which means quality experience. Kenneth thoroughly maintains his representation as a Buyer or Seller agent. He strongly believes his experience in Real Estate will foresee and more importantly avoid Real Estate potholes, long before they occur.

Kenneth also strongly goes for a “Win, Win” environment. “Win, Win” warrants long-term existence. By always operating under the “Win, Win” philosophy, his endeavors begin with the end in mind, thereby ensuring everyone is satisfied with the transaction. He considers the easiest way to evaluate a transaction, or even a life experience, is to ask this simple question: Does this benefit everyone involved? If not, we have a short-term transaction. Kenneth’s philosophy about short-term decisions is very candid: Short-term satisfaction results in long-term pain.
